Rose by Sin Gin, limited release
Add tonic and it fluoresces with the most beautiful rose pink colour!
Made in conjunction with Frasers Restaurant Kings Park and released on 19th July 2018 at Montgomery Hall, we started with a traditional London Dry recipe and distilled it with Native Pepper Berries and Lemon Myrtle. Then gently infused with Fresh Strawberries and locally grown rose petals making a unique Australian Gin.
The rose petals come from Floraco the biggest Western Australian rose grower, hand picked and selected by Guy De Kok and his team. We dried the petals and then macerated them in gin to give the lovely pink colour and rose fragrance.
This gin looks beautiful and tastes divine. Serve with tonic and a strawberry.
